CCPA Opt-Out Icon

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) provides consumers with the right to opt-out – meaning, the right to tell a business to stop selling their personal information. To promote consumer awareness of this right, the Attorney General has developed a recognizable and uniform opt-out icon that businesses can use on their website and in their establishments.

The Opt-Out Icon shall not be used in lieu of the mandatory legal requirement to post a "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link. When used online, the Opt-Out Icon shall be approximately the same size as any other icons used by the business on its webpage. (CCPA Regulations, Section 999.306(f).)

In using this icon, we strongly recommend including following alternative text to comply with ADA compliance standards.:
