Correspondence submitted to this office is a government record and may be subject to disclosure under the California Public Records Act. Generally, complaints submitted to this office are exempt from disclosure under the Act.

USE OF INFORMATION

The information you provide is used by the Department of Justice to investigate or respond to your complaint or inquiry. You are encouraged NOT to send sensitive information, such as your Social Security Number or credit card numbers.

NOTICE

CHOICE
