(SACRAMENTO) – The Attorney General's Office today filed a criminal complaint in Kern County Superior Court charging Bryanna Michal Jagels with four felony counts and six misdemeanor counts relating to giving false information to physicians and passing false prescriptions.
Ms. Jagels and Kyle Humphrey, her attorney, have been notified that the People are seeking an arraignment date of January 26 at 8:30 AM. A Superior Court judge will make a final decision on the arraignment date. Per standard office procedure, Ms. Jagels has agreed to turn herself in for booking after she has been arraigned on the charges.
