ICYMI: Attorney General Becerra Releases First Video in New Series on Environmental Justice

SACRAMENTO – California Attorney General Xavier Becerra today released the first video in a new series on environmental justice. The video highlights the efforts of the residents of South Vallejo to prevent the approval of the Vallejo Marine Terminal and Orcem Cement Plant project. In November 2018, the Bureau of Environmental Justice submitted comments to the City of Vallejo highlighting the project’s inadequate air quality and environmental justice analyses.
