ICYMI: Video: Attorney General Becerra Holds Press Conference to Discuss Nationwide Injunction in DACA Lawsuit to Protect Dreamers

LOS ANGELES – Today, California Attorney General Xavier Becerra held a press conference to announce that a preliminary injunction has been issued against the Trump Administration over its decision to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program (DACA). In a victory for Dreamers, the District Court for the Northern District of California blocked implementation of the Trump Administration’s rescission of DACA until a final decision is reached in the litigation. The California Attorney General continues to urge Congress to pass a permanent solution.
