OAKLAND – The Racial and Identity Profiling Advisory (RIPA) Board was created pursuant to Assembly Bill 953 “for the purpose of eliminating racial and identity profiling, and improving diversity and racial and identity sensitivity in law enforcement.” The RIPA Board will hold its final meeting of the year TOMORROW, November 19, 2024.
