Approved: Regulations regarding the Check Casher Permit Program (CCPP) - Title 11, Division 1, Chapter 13.5

On December 6, 2023, the Office of Administrative Law approved the Department of Justice’s regulation regarding the Check Casher Permit Program and filed it with the Secretary of State. These regulations become effective on January 1, 2024.
