Please note items may be heard in a different order than how they are listed on the agenda on the day of the noticed meeting. The order of business may be changed without notice. Members of the public who are attending will be given the opportunity to make comments on each agenda item prior to any Board action. Comments will be limited to two minutes per person. Members of the public will not be permitted to "yield" their allotted time to other members of the public to make comments.
