Approved: Regulations regarding the Confirmation of Individuals Designated by a Public or Private Agency as a Custodian of Records (COR) – Title 11, Division 1, Chapter 23.
On July 15, 2024, the Office of Administrative Law approved the Department of Justice’s regulation regarding the Confirmation of Individuals Designated by a Public or Private Agency as a Custodian of Records and filed it with the Secretary of State. These regulations become effective on October 1, 2024.
