California Health and Safety Code section 11165(d) requires dispensing pharmacies, clinics, or other dispensers to report prescriptions dispensed for Schedule II, Schedule III, Schedule IV, or Schedule V controlled substances to the Department of Justice (CA DOJ).
The below statistical tables reflect the acquisition, prescription, and dispensation aggregate data of the dispensation information reported to CA DOJ pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 11165(d). Over time, CA DOJ will render portions of this data into easily readable charts, graphs, and maps for your convenience.
