Approved: Regulations regarding the Controlled Substance Utilization Review and Evaluation System (CURES) – Title 11, Division 1, Chapter 8.5

On March 14, 2020, the Office of Administrative Law approved the Department of Justice’s regulations regarding CURES and filed them with the Secretary of State. This regulation becomes effective on July 1, 2020.
