Regent agrees, promises, and represents it will randomly test the Covered Products using an EPA approved laboratory and EPA approved test method. Regent agrees, promises, and represents that, as of the Effective Date, to the extent it ships any Covered Products in inventory that has not been reformulated, it will provide warnings on such Covered Products that comply with Prop 65.
