Living Intentions will conduct further testing to determine whether or not the lead levels in the noticed products have dropped below the MADL since the relocation of the company's manufacturing facility. If so, no action will be required beyond follow up testing four times per year for three years after the date of the settlement agreement. If lead levels above the MADL are detected in one or more of the noticed products in follow up tests, the company may either attach an appropriate warning to the product or products as specified in the settlement agreement, reformulate the product or products, or withdraw the product or products from the California market.
