In addition to claims for violation of Proposition 65, this complaint seeks specific performance of the terms of a settlement agreement and release between plaintiff and defendant. Plaintiff and defendant are parties to a settlement agreement and release involving the Covered Products sold by defendant in violation of the warning requirements of Proposition 65.
