Unified Grocer will: a) reformulate any private label flip flops to contain 0.1% or
less of DEHP and DBP; b) provide a compliant warning on the current inventory of Covered
Products or destroy the current inventory of Covered Products; and c) if Unified purchases
Covered Products from the same supplier in the future then it will require the supplier to
reformulate to contain a level of DEHP and/or DBP of 0.1% or less by weight.
