Including but not limited to: Bismuth 214; Cesium 137; Cobalt 60; Plutonium 239; Radium 226; Strontium 90. These toxins are in the soil and the air in the community being disturbed again when the digging recently resumed.
Comments: 
Prop 65 Notice of Violation original case # 2020-01640 - Bayview Hunters Point Residents are suffering various forms of cancers and other serious medical conditions at an alarming rate, greater than any other comparable Bay Area neighborhood. Overlaid on these medical conditions, is the COVID-19 Pandemic which has disproportionately affected this Community more than any other Bay Area Community. In total disregard of the ongoing suffering of Plaintiffs, the Violators have unleashed and are currently releasing radioactive and other toxic materials in the neighborhood. They are ignoring all requests to cease these dangerous operations to the Community. Their actions must be stopped immediately. Footnote: These toxins are both serious occupational hazards for the Community members who have been exposed on the front line working in the dirt at work here for years and a serious hazard for all the Residents living in the Community, whether working with these toxins directly or living with and breathing them daily. It must end now!
