Traditions of Tao represents that it does not intend to manufacture for sale in the State of California, Distribute into the State of California, or directly sell in the State of California any Covered Product units that have not already been manufactured and are “in the stream of commerce” (as defined in Section 3.1.3, below). To the extent Traditions of Tao decides to reenter the California market with Covered Products that are not presently manufactured and in the stream of commerce:
