This corrected report replaces the Report of Settlement previously submitted for Attorney General No. 2026-03226. The settlement agreement executed September 2 and 3, 2026 was entered within the sixty-day notice period following the July 9, 2026 notice. By email dated September 4, 2026, the AG's Office advised that the settlement was therefore invalid and directed that it be voided and re-entered after expiration of the sixty-day period. That agreement was rescinded and the same terms were re-entered by agreement executed September 10, 2026. No term of the settlement has changed; only the date of execution.
