This notice supplements the notices sent on July 18, 2024 and March 20, 2025 by adding 2807727 Alberta Ltd. (“ResidualCo”): Effective May 27, 2026, pursuant to the Approval and Reverse Vesting Order entered in the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act proceedings involving Iovate and recognized and enforced by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York in re Iovate Health Sciences International Inc., et al., Case No. 25-11958 (MG), certain claims and liabilities of Iovate Health Sciences U.S.A., Inc. were transferred to and vested in 2807727 Alberta Ltd. ("ResidualCo"). Accordingly, APS&EE provides this Second Supplemental Notice to 2807727 Alberta Ltd. with respect to the claims and liabilities arising from the Proposition 65 violations identified in APS&EE's prior Notices that were transferred to and vested in 2807727 Alberta Ltd.
