Defendants shall not sell in California, offer for sale in California, or ship for sale in California any Ginger unless the level of Lead does not exceed 720 ppb, any Cinnamon unless the level of Lead does not exceed 200 ppb, and any Shrimp or any Curry Powder unless the level of Lead does not exceed 90 ppb.
For any Ginger that exceeds 720 ppb Lead, Cinnamon that exceeds 200 ppb Lead, and Shrimp or Curry Powder that exceeds 90 ppb lead, defendants must provide a prominently placed and conspicuous Proposition 65 complaint warning.
Any existing inventory of Ginger must be destroyed. Any existing inventory of Cinnamon, Shrimp, or Curry Powder must include the aforementioned warning, as per the aforementioned guidelines pertaining to levels on Lead in the product.
