Injunctive Relief: 
3.1. MIWORLD shall not ship, sell, or distribute for sale in California the Covered Product unless the product is a Reformulated Covered Product, as defined in Paragraph 3.2 or MIWORLD provides a clear and reasonable warning for any non-reformulated Covered Product pursuant to Paragraph 3.3. 3.2. For purposes of this Settlement Agreement, “Reformulated Covered Products” are Covered Products containing no more than 1,000 parts per million (0.1%) DINP in any accessible component (i.e., any component that may be touched during use). In order to determine compliance with this reformulation standard, MIWORLD may rely on third party testing from an accredited laboratory. 3.3 Clear and reasonable warnings provided by Miworld shall comply with Cal. Code Regs., tit. 27, § 25603, as currently in effect, or §§ 25602 and 25603 as amended, effective August 30, 2018.
