OMG! Food Company, LLC shall be permanently enjoined from offering for sale to a consumer in California, directly or through distribution, OMG! Raw Cacao Nibs and OMG! Organic Cacao Powder, if the products contain cadmium at concentration levels above the corresponding levels set in the Consent Judgment entered February 15, 2018 in As You Sow v. Trader Joe’s Company, et al., Case No. CGC-15-548791 unless the labels contain a Proposition 65 compliant warning. OMG! shall be shall be permanently enjoined from offering for sale to a consumer in California, directly or through distribution, Ancestral Roots Goji Berries, if the product contains lead at concentration levels above the corresponding levels set in the Consent Judgment entered February 15, 2018 in As You Sow v. Trader Joe’s Company, et al., Case No. CGC-15-548791 unless the label contains a Proposition 65 compliant warning. OMG! shall be permanently enjoined from offering for sale to a consumer in California, directly or through distribution, OMG! Organic Spirulina Powder, if the product contains lead above two (2) micrograms per serving size as identified on the label of the product, unless the label contains a Proposition 65 compliant warning.
