This NOV amends prior filed NOV# 2018-476. The reasons for the revision is to provide notice of violation to Sasha Handbags - the manufacturer of the product. In addition, and at the request of Sasha, the revised NOV also identifies the chemical lead. The addition of lead to the NOV is at the request of Sasha, and is based on Sasha's own testing of the product. Sasha provided the results of its testing from Guangdong Wonder Testing International Co., LTd. which testing can be found in the COM upload, and which testing indicates the product contain lead.
