Ground Cinnamon does not exceed 200 parts per billion (ppb) and level of Arsenic in
Ground Cinnamon does not exceed 20ppb. 2. The level of Lead in the Ground Cumin
does not exceed 200 ppb. 3. The level of Lead in the Ground Shrimp does not exceed
75ppb and level of Arsenic in Ground Shrimp does not exceed 20ppb and level of
Cadmium in Arsenic in Ground Shrimp does not exceed 120ppb. 4. The level of Lead in
the Ground Sumac does not exceed 200ppb and level of Arsenic in Ground Sumac
does not exceed 20ppb. La Fiesta agrees, promises, and represents that, as of the
Effective Date, to the extent it ships or sells any Covered Products that exceed the
levels outlined above, it will provide warnings on such Covered Products that comply
with Proposition 65.
