My landlord painted all the sinks and fixtures of the home I rent with Emerald® Interior Acrylic Latex Semi-Gloss which containes titanium dioxide and 2-Ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol. The paint has been delaminating (literally dust particles in our sinks) as well as peeling, chipping, and cracking.
