My landlord painted all the sinks and fixtures of the home I rent with Emerald® Interior Acrylic Latex Semi-Gloss which containes titanium dioxide and 2-Ethyl-2-(hydroxymethyl)-1,3-propanediol. The paint has been delaminating (literally dust particles in our sinks) as well as peeling, chipping, and cracking. There was no prop 65 given and they want to spray the chemical again- displacing me and my family among other non related violations. I was only provided the SDS this month after requesting and requesting.
