Amended notice is at AGO 2020-02666. Bayview Hunters Point Residents are suffering various forms of cancers and other medical conditions at an alarming rate greater than any other comparable Bay Area neighborhoods. Overlaid on these medical conditions, is the COVID-19 Pandemic which has disproportionately affected this Community more than any other Bay Area Community. In total disregard of the ongoing suffering of Plaintiffs, the Violators have unleashed and are currently releasing radioactive and other toxic materials in the neighborhood. Their actions must be stopped immediately. [The Exhibits are available but did not attach to the uploads.]
Footnote: These toxins are both; serious occupational hazards for the Community members who have been exposed on the front line working in the dirt at work here and a serious hazard for all the Residents living in the Community, whether working with these toxins directly or living with and breathing them daily. It must end now!
