Regulations: Report of Child Abuse

Approved: Regulations regarding the Child Abuse Central Index (CACI) – Title 11, Division 1, Chapter 9.

On December 10, 2025, the Office of Administrative Law approved the Department of Justice’s regulation regarding the Child Abuse Central Index and filed it with the Secretary of State. These regulations become effective on April 1, 2026.
