Beginning thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, Caleel&Hayden shall be permanently enjoined from manufacturing, distributing to, or directly selling in the State of California any Covered Product that has a DEA content above the Reporting Limit of 10 mg/kg when analyzed pursuant to liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS), inductively coupled mass-spectroscopy (ICP-MS) or other method of analysis utilized by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) for qualitative and quantitative screening of cosmetics and cosmetic raw materials, unless Caleel&Hayden provides the warning required by Section 2.2 below.
