("ResidualCo"). Accordingly, APS&EE provides this Second Supplemental Notice to 2807727 Alberta Ltd. with respect to the claims and liabilities arising from the Proposition 65 violations identified in APS&EE's prior Notices that were transferred to and vested in 2807727 Alberta Ltd.
