Continued violations of Marcy's Law - Victim's Bill of Rights -

Greetings,

I am seeking assistance as an individual, who was provided by local law enforcement officer on the Monterey Peninsula, and asked to carry what is known as MARCY'S Card, the Victim's Bill of Rights. This has been violated everyday, since the day I received it, and am now asking the Justice Department to conduct a full criminal investigation into why.

Since this time there is an unknown external third party who continues to interfere with every aspect of my personal life, that has cost me in the hundreds of thousands of dollars in loss due to an orchestrated character and credibility assassination crusade. These are local members of the community, not unlike a bogus neighborhood watch program, who have taken it upon themselves to target, law abiding citizens in a radicalized, scripted violence to interfere directly with every aspect of their Target’s life. This includes but is not limited to the interference and invasion of privacy, invasion of solitude, violations of constitutionally protected rights, retaliation, and tortious interference in the ability to seek employment within the jurisdiction of said local.

These civilian’s are provided with what can otherwise be deemed, United States Government Military grade cyber and other capabilities, and publicly exploit privately held information, but it is within these acts of violence and actions of tortious interference, as such within the realm of economic harm, these type of interference have caused grave economic hardships, and I am asking that a Federal criminal investigation into these community members, along with their law enforcement assistance be fully investigated to the fullest extent of the laws.

This is and has been an ongoing hit job, that initially was utilized for Target practice, but due to the insidious nature of the scripted violence inflicted upon every aspect of my life for coming forward to the very agencies at the local, state and federal levels, it shows in large part, their active participation in the cover up of these crimes.

There have only been a very few actual law enforcement agents who appeared to be aware of these localized hit jobs against law abiding citizens, who are being viciously targeted not recruited community members, who believe they are above the law, and have in fact committed crimes to include, vandalism, theft, breaking and entering, illegal access to cyber hacking, electronic warfare, and other capabilities, from which they exfiltrate privately held information, and or private information and share it with recruited members of this civilian domestic terrorist organization.

It was by the grace of a decent, law abiding law enforcement sergeant, who sent me the MARCY'S Law Card, and who told me to document every incident being conducted by these civilian community members create chaos, havoc, terror, intimidation, and other crimes to include the silencing of other community members’ who are fully aware of what this rogue vigilante nationwide group are doing, but know local law enforcement have committed acts such as Deprivation of Rights Under the Color of Law, Conspiracy Against Rights, Dereliction of Duty, and Failure to protect all citizens without prejudice.

I am not sure which State and or Federal Agency is tasked with conducting a criminal investigation into this Domestic Terrorist Organization that hides behind bogus groups such as Neighborhood Watch, Community Liaison Programs, and other so called community based groups that instead of actually protecting these community, act not unlike the Nazis’ and other Snitch groups for the State who actually Target the innocent, while deflecting and projecting THEIR actual crimes against unarmed, defenseless members of real communities.

At your earliest convenience, I would like your assistance in forwarding this information to the proper government agencies, who can assist in not only exposing what is transpiring on the street of America, but these civilian recruits’ whose hubris, and allowed cover of wrongdoings by local and federal agencies and or individual’s within have cause not just the attempted murder of law abiding victims, but this includes the actual murder/death of victims who have come forward to all proper authorities at the local, state and federal levels.

I have been documenting some of the crimes committed, to include but not limited to the recording of various military grade directed energy acoustic weapons utilize to create a harassing noise campaign throughout my living space. I have published this information, long before the incidents with the American Diplomats in Cuba and China, and other community based harassment, adult bullying, and California Street Terrorism by these community members’ who believe it is their rights to take private information and exploit it to the general public in the hopes of committing what is tantamount to forms of Democide.

Again, not all local law enforcement agencies are involved, but enough of them have actively participated in the literal obstruction of justice for victims’ such as myself, and have covered up, if not fully sanctioned, their radicalized, extremist civilian recruit’s to believe they have the rights to interfere within the privacy of someone else’s life, to include but not limited to an aggressive character and credibility assassination based on fruit of the poisonous tree information.

Again, I carry the MARCY’s card with me at all times, as one ethical law enforcement officer knew exactly what I was talking about upon speaking with their department, and provided me with the Marcy’s card because he knew I was the actual victim of vicious, premeditated, violent crimes.
