Notice of Amendments to Regulations

(Title 11, Chapters 4 and 15, Sections 310, 312, and 999.1)

The amendments to California Code of Regulations, Title 11, Sections 310, 312, and 999.1, related to the registration and reporting requirements codify the Attorney General’s practice to exempt donor information from public disclosure. The amendments to section 312 clarify that registration and renewal fees will be used by the Registry to enforce its registration and reporting provisions, as set forth in Government Code section 12587.1, subdivision (d). The rulemaking action was filed with the Secretary of State on July 8, 2016, and is effective as of July 8, 2016.
