Submit below, electronically, notices or requests to the Attorney General pursuant to California statutes and regulations for nonprofit transactions, including:

• Dissolution (Corp. Code, §§ 6510, 6611-6613, 6617, 6716, 8510, 8611-8613, 8617, 8716, 9680)
• Merger (Corp. Code, §§ 6010, 8010, 9640)
• Conversion/Amendment of articles of incorporation (Corp. Code, §§ 5813.5, 7820)
• Self-dealing (Corp. Code, §§ 5233, 7238)
• Loans to directors or officers (Corp. Code, §§ 5236, 7238)

Probate and ex parte notices required to be mailed to the Attorney General’s Sacramento Office (Charitable Trusts Section, 1300 “I” Street, Sacramento, CA 95814-2919), may be submitted electronically below.

Do not use this page for nonprofit hospital or health facility transactions, or for dissolution waiver requests.
